We stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost
- Cover return shipping for defective items
- Issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available
Please include photos of the defect or damage when contacting us.
Custom Orders
Due to the nature of custom work, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please review all proofs carefully before approving production.
How to Return
- Contact us through our quote request form with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and a shipping address
- Ship the item back (customer pays return shipping for non-defective items)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective)
